I wrote half a newsletter this morning - and now I look at it and I’m like….No.

Is it because I’m a Gemini? this insane behavior of mood flipping vibe switching?

Lately I’m having a ton of fun with the “labels”-

I’m a 4/6 Manifesting Generator-Gemini/Sag/Sag-Enneagram 8W9

Man, I’d LOVE to book a reading with someone who’s well studied in all these frameworks. Anyone got a lead?? ;)

Something I wrote about this morning is how I’m in one of those chapters in life-

NOT one of the “Life is just chugging right along and I’m doing my routines”

Rather, I’m in one of the more manic-less certain-threads coming loose-feel a bit unhinged-asking all of the questions-chapters….

These are of course, the times to lean into The Resources.

and believe me - girl is leanin’.

Prioritizing the practices, being open to new perspectives, listening to the podcasts, getting a reading or two, full spectrum tending. Tomorrow I’ll be deep diving into mushroomland, after some days of deep breathwork and hip softening bodywork. General Intention in one word: Clearing.

Anyway- these chapters can be so intense sometimes, but one thing I really wanna celebrate, is that as I explore it all, my creative channel is F L O W I N G.

My favorite feeling is when I have creative vision flowing through me.

A lot of what I’m cookin’ up in my mind-kitchen is about finding beautiful ways to gather humans together in person and share in meaningful experiences.

My next newsletter is gonna talk all about this, but possibly my favorite vision I’ve EVER had, is for an IRL spring season container for 7 women that involves Sunday evening circles + group medicine work, all centered around cultivating and weaving more reverence into our day to day lives. I haven’t actually seen a container that weaves consistent in-person connection before a group journey before, aside from trainings. It’s feeling really good to create this.

So like I was saying- those labels.

Sorry Vedic astrology, but I’m definitely a Gemini and these spaztic newsletters are here to prove it.

But the label that’s been really rocking my world for the past weeks is the Manifesting Generator label, brought to us by Human Design.

I’ve been diving in deeper than ever before, taking it all with a grain of salt cuz I like salt, but here was the real kicker for me:

Apparently, as a mani geni, not only am I not meant to do one career forever (already had that one figured out) - but APPARENTLY: I’m meant to do like 5 at a time.

Sounds simultaneously ridiculous and like nothing’s ever made more sense. (daily life as a gemini)

Ever since Human Design gave me the nod to go HAM, my list of career pursuits and possibilities keep growing and the visions are a’flowing.

February + March in the Mu Zone:

• attending a 9 day NVC (Nonviolent Communication) Intensive

• assisting a Feel Your Feelings retreat in Joshua Tree

• attending an experiential medicine training that incorporates more touch and is oriented toward helping people connect with their preverbal experience

• designing a Digital Liberation IRL workshop to bring to yoga studios and community spaces to help inspire people to make healthy changes to tech habits/take breaks from social media

• finally bringing Infinite Crescendo breathwork into the world as one of the ambassadors of this offering!

• planning to incorporate a very limited underground boutique into my life- there are about 5 items that people constantly ask me for the links for and I’m going to just go ahead and become a reseller, keep some stock on hand, and offer these goods to peeps here in LA. (spoiler alert: the items are delights for the senses!)

• and the beat goes on
